Imran Khalil Naseer is a Fellow member of The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants – CIMA (UK). Imran is managing Float Securities (Private) Limited – TREC holder of Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX); as its CEO and Director. Imran has extensive stock trading and portfolio management experience gained in Pakistan and UK. He also has extensive experience of financial and business management through various overseas assignments. Imran is representing Pakistan in CIMA’s MESANA Regional Governance Board, having previously served as founding Chairman of the board. He is an Accountancy graduate from Newcastle Business School in England. He has led various foreign assignments. Imran also holds World Bank’s AML (Anti Money Laundering) certification.

Mr Khalil Ahmed is a Fellow Member of The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants CIMA – (UK). He has done his LLB. Honors from Northumbria University Newcastle Upon Tyne – UK and also holds a Masters in Commercial Law (LLM. Com Law) degree with special emphasis on Corporate Governance. He is currently serving as Chairman – Float Securities (Pvt.) Ltd [TREC Holder: Pakistan Stock Exchange] with over Thirty years’ experience of trading in Pakistan’s Capital Markets, and London Stock Exchange (FTSE). He also has extensive overseas experience in finance and business management, with multinational corporations worldwide. He is also a member of ICM – Institute of Capital Markets membership since 2011.

Extensive Capital Markets Experience. She held senior Directorship position with Safeway Business Management (Private) Limited from 2010 to 2014/15. Currently Serving as Company Secretary at Float Securities (Pvt) Limited for over 5 Years. Extensive legal, Secretarial and Capital Market experience with Float Securities (Pvt) Limited, Advisory and Investment management experience. She has Capital Markets Investment Experience for over 10 years.
