Float Securities Pvt Ltd – (company registration # 0059870) was incorporated with SECP on 3rd Dec 2007 in Karachi. The Company obtained membership of Lahore Stock Exchange (LSE) on 8th April 2009 & later also became member of Karachi Stock Exchange (KSE) on 6th April 2010. Our two memberships of KSE and LSE were converted into TREC rights (Trading Rights Entitlement Certificates), as part of the Stock Exchange’s Corporatization, Demutualization & Integration Act 2012. We became TREC Holders of Pakistan Stock Exchange – PSX on 11th Jan 2016 (after the integration of Pakistan’s all these stock exchanges i.e KSE, LSE & ISE into one “PSX”). Our active PSX TREC is 141.
